Cut every chicken breast on horizontal and stuff each breast with 2 and half spoons mixture. Close the pockets with toothpicks and additional top salt and pepper. Heat 1 spoon olive oil inside a pan and add the chicken; cook it approximately 4 minutes per side then transfer it to some plate. From the pan add the residual oil, add the shallot, ½ teaspoon thyme and cook for around 1 minutes.
Add the prunes and minimize the warmth cook and add the wine; cook them until the vino is evaporated and a bowl mix the broth and flour until is mixed well and cook before sauce is thick. From the pan add the remainder oil and add the shallots, garlic, ginger, crushed cayenne as well as the zest. Cook for 1 minute.
